Hi, I am Courtney Severyn

I am the owner, and photographer of Severyn's Photography & Videography. My husband Taylor shoots with me on many weddings and different events. I have 3 daughters named Paisley, Bailey & Madison.

I was born and raised in Nebraska, but this job has given me so many opportunities to travel and get to see the states! Which I LOVE in case you are wondering!

Photography is my passion. I'm one of the lucky people who get to do something they love as their full-time job!! I average 15-20 sessions a month and book up to 20 weddings a year!

I'd like to say I could narrow it down to one specialty, but I struggle deciding, so I will share my absolute favorites! I love weddings/engagements, maternity, families, boudoir, seniors and of course I LIVE for birth photography! There is something so special about catching the very first breath. The first cry. The first hold. The first latch. The chaos. I think that's why I love this job. The chaos. The unknown. The joy. The firsts. Sometimes the lasts. The happiness and even the sadness. The ability to capture it all and control the scene to an extent. The click of the button feels like a superpower.
